These Terms govern use of the FEET DRIFT website and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content or submit false or fraudulent information.

Products and availability

We aim to present colours, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may create small visual differences. We may correct errors, limit quantities or withdraw products when reasonably necessary.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may cancel or decline an order because of stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors or delivery limitations. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be returned through the original method.

Intellectual property

FEET DRIFT branding, website design, copy, graphics and original content may not be copied or commercially used without permission except where law permits.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, FEET DRIFT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, events outside reasonable control or misuse of products. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
